NATIONAL 3PL WAREHOUSE SERVICES:
Ground Transportation – OGL handles all transportation services and modes (carrying customer inventory) from our 3PL warehouse locations to our customers assigned delivery location including any and all return of stock (4PL).
Warehousing And Distribution – OGL provides all fulfilment services such as, but not limited to, storage, fulfilment, pick and pack, shipping and all returns.
Financial Management And Information – OGL optimises your logistics network by extending services such as accounting and cost control – freight forwarding, inventory management/tracking and B2B and B2C connectivity.
Receiving – OGL will receive your inventory and store your product before it is processed and sent to the final customer. The receipt of all customer product is offered in a variety or service suites – in and held, cross docked and quality control.
Picking – OGL will receive either customer orders manually or via our client connectivity program which in turn drives the pick and dispatch process of our clients orders. Our picking program allows for both Business to Business or Business to Consumer.
Packing – Once the order is picked, product is organised according to the specific customer requirement including packaging. OGL will work with the client to ensure the best and most cost effective packaging is used.
Shipping – We understand that the most complicated and expensive part of fulfilment is how it gets to the retailer or consumer. OGL offers a unique delivery strategy that ensures best practice when it comes to the final mile.
Returns (4PL) – Whether the product is ordered in error, damaged or part of the overall shopping experience this process is undertaken by OGL.
Professional Services And Advisory – Our professional team works closely with all customers to ensure seamless fulfilment and delivery compliance. We use the latest technology so our customers can monitor all inventory, review purpose built customer reports, and have end to end product visibility.
Inventory Management/SOH – Our inventory management software allows for integration between your digital storefronts and your office locations. It provides a real time view of your inventory at any OGL facility, allowing you to plan and ensure product levels are maintained and flexible to consumer needs.
